I have to agree with other reviewers in saying that DTN management is dishonest and corrupt. I lived in two different DTN apartments in East Lansing for one year each and had no major problems while living there. However, when I moved from the first apartment to the second, there was a charge for carpet replacement. I questioned it, because the carpet had not been damaged, and was told that it was an error and not to worry about it. I then lived in the second DTN managed apartment for an entire year and was never contacted, billed, or otherwise notified in any way that the balance remained. Instead, 2 years after the fact, I was contacted by a debt collection agency and forced to pay the balance which I had never been informed of. I am writing this review hoping that anyone seeing it will decide not to do business with DTN, because although their apartments are just fine, doing so will open you to the liability of their dishonest extortion.
