I just do not know what to say. In November 2013 he put in a new heating system when our old one partially failed. We paid a lot of money to get this done. We immediately realized that it was not working properly. I emailed him and was told he would fix it asap. Well it is March and he has not fixed. Now the weather is heating up and we would not be able to test it if he did come back . Requesting a partial refund and will find someone else to fix it before next winter. Very disappointed and will not be using him again. Will review on every site to make sure everyone knows not to use him. Kyle I gave you every chance to make it right.
