I purchased our '09 Sonata limited at Chapman in south Scottsdale. This store had not been built yet in North Scottsdale. In the past 24 months it changed hands to the Earnhardt auto group, but kept most of the staff. These folks want to please. And now with the new dealership its a pleasure waiting for 30 minutes to have the oil changed. The car has about 40K miles on it and we still feel it was a good buy and a well featured car for its class in '09. Ask for Norm Rosen for service...the guy will amaze you. If Norm's out then go see Mike Southern...he's the service director and a customer centric guy. Looking to purchase? See Russ Boettcher, he will treat you great and with respect...the price will be extremely competitive. I'm just a customer and appreciate a store that wants to please their customers and drive more business. Its worth the drive.
