Originally had an issue with the used Kia I purchased from this Hyundai dealership, everything was great except the trim level of the vehicle was accidentally misrepresented. It was listed as an ""!"" model when really it was a ""+"". This was just a misunderstanding, they sell Hyundai's and this was my first car purchase, so neither of us were experts in the various options and features associated with the different trim levels of a Kia. There was a decent price difference though between the two models on KBB so I contacted the General Manager Fred Davis about the issue. He immediately offered to go over the details with me and help any way he could. \r \r After Fred and I talked it over we were able to reach a mutual agreement and I can now say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from Hyundai of Greer. My original sales guy was extremely helpful and low pressure which was great since I was nervous about buying my first car, and upon my return arrival to speak with Fred, as I waited I had at least four different associates approach and greet me, offer assistance, offer me drinks while I waited, chit-chat, and one even went as far as to get under the hood of my Kia to try and help confirm engine specs associated with my issue even though he was a sales guy and had nothing to personally gain!\r \r The customer service here was by far the best I've ever received. I thought they were good when I came in to buy the car originally but even coming back in as an upset customer wanting to get money back rather than spend it I was blown away by how well they treated me. Fred Davis was an exceptionally helpful manager and he seemed to really care about his customers and making sure I walked out happy.
