I have been a faithful Fast Eddies patron for the last 20 years or better for both oil changes, and Trk washes. I have used the Clio location since it opened. I went there for a wash with my 2013 trk last week. After exiting the wash, I noticed several scratches on both sides of the top of my trk that ran the entire length of the trk. I filled out a complaint form, and waited for a response. I got my response today, 4-10-14. Matt Letavis didn't even bother to call me. He had the Clio Mgr make the call. Without going into great detail, the Mgr told me they wash 1000's of vehicles a year, and have had no complaints of scratches, so it couldn't of happened there! I told him.... Well, you have a complaint now! \r

I think what bothers me even more is that they didn't even try to do something to keep a 20 + year customer happy. They could have said we are truly sorry. Have some oil changes, or washes on us! Nothing.... Not only have they lost my business, but the business of my entire family, which consist of 7 vehicles worth of Oil changes, and car washes, and any of my Friends I can dissuade from going there!!!! Thanx Matt Letavis, and the entire Fast Eddies Team. Way to keep your customers coming back! NOT....
