My poor car did not pass VA emissions and I was in dire need of help and fearful of what it would cost. I dropped my car off on Thursday night after reading wonderful reviews on "Yelp." I called to see about bringing my car in, and a very friendly voice on the phone told me about the night drop off box i- if I could not make it in before 6pm. The night drop off form was so convenient. The next day I received a call from Sam at the front desk letting me know the needed repairs and the cost. She went over the mechanic's findings and what was needed for the car to pass emissions. Sam was super friendly and my cost was super reasonable. To my surprise my car was actually ready that Friday (I was elated because I thought I would have to leave it there for a few days). I picked my car up on Saturday, along with my paperwork stating my car had passed emissions.
