Review content:
Steve cope is a compassionate therapist who provides the environment and modeling for skill in - maturely -handling emotions and - and for my abandoning an unfulfilling fantasy life . He worked with me in reality based therapy. I was his patient, and by individual therapy and participation in his facilitated groups- I came to know the exact work -he showed me- over time- which I needed to do. The goal? satisfying adult relationships, reality based skill development in empathy and self assessment. When I came to therapy I wasn't aware of the fantasy life I had built. Like Junk food it left me deprived of a full social and relationship life. Steve brought me out of it, now I have real friends and a comfort and confidence I am in the drivers seat to build a satisfying life of my choosing. I cant thank him enough. Steve is a force of change in my life - he cant teach satisfaction to adults unless he had grown this in his own life. I want my own financial stability and fulfillment-Therapists like Steve can teach this because they have developed this in their own lives. And yes, he handed me business cards too! I handed them out to friends because I- I wanted to. It was my choice. There was no coercion. I wanted to share this persons work with friends in my life who were in dire need of effective therapy. Should a therapist be financially poor and unsatisfied in their career and income? They cant teach it if they don't have it.
