Read the lease carefully before you consider signing. Here are some of the highlights:\r \r -Management doesn't have to give any notice before entering.\r -Any Realtor has unrestricted access to the property via a keybox during the last 60 days of the lease without any notice. And if anything is stolen during a showing,\r the tenant agrees to hold the management ""harmless"".\r -Storing a gallon of gasoline in an approved container puts the tenant in violation of the lease\r -Management can remove any vehicle parked on the grass, sell it, and keep\r the money from the sale\r -Management will not tell you if there is a home owner's association or not\r -If rent is not received by midnight on the 1st of the month, there is a 10%\r fee. Use of the US Mail is ""at own risk"". This is regardless of whether their office is open or not on the 1st of the month due to weekend / holidays.\r -There ""may be"" a check processing fee. Nothing in the lease about what this fee is, just that there may be one.\r \r The lease takes away many rights and protections for the renter.
