I recently had a storm drain back up into the basement of my house. The result was 4 inches of standing water and a lot of mud and muck on my floor. After we got that cleaned up we called the city to see if the problem was with their portion of the sewer system or ours. They were basically not able to give us any information and told us to hire our own plumber to determine what was wrong. I called Rotorooter on 4/4 and they were able to come out on the morning of 4/5. Two men came, an experienced plumber and his trainee. It was obvious how knowledgeable the experienced plumber was and he was so thorough that I have no doubt that my problem is solved. He cleared the pipes under the house to keep it from backing up again and while he was here he cleared out my bathtub which was clogged up. I got 20% off the cost of the bathtub and was able to use a $40 off coupon. All in all it was a very good experience and I would call Rotorooter again.
