Rent has gone up considerably, playground and fences are dangerous and not maintained. The tour shows a nice model apartment but the reality is that we have mold in a bedroom closet because the bathroom above us sprung a leak. The walls are thinner than advertised because the neighbor behind me has a dog that barks at all hours - calling the office a 1/2 dozen times has been pointless. We're finally moving so we can get some sleep. The towing agency they also towed my neighbors perfectly legal car - Tow trunk company said "The sticker was in the wrong place on the license plate"\r
Same company who got in trouble at the Sawgrass mills mall.\r

On the plus side - Westchester is a great school and if when you get roaches in your apartment they'll usually have someone in to spray within a week. They apparently have people on speed dial for busted pipes because I always see
