When we woke up to a cold shower, I went downstairs and discovered an inch of standing water right next to the heater and floor drain. Immediately called Doctor Fix-It and they had Detlef out in in just a few hours. Can't say enough how professional and courteous Detlef is. He quickly assessed the problem (clogged main), explained exactly what needed to be done and got to work. Within an hour the clog was cleared and water was drained.
It seems that customer service is a lost art... many companies just come out and get to work with no personality. The crew at Doctor Fix-It bring customer service back to business. Won't even think about calling another company for any plumbing or heating issue!
