My experience with Schomburg Heating & Cooling was overall fairly decent although there were some hiccups along the way. Me & my wife had a furnace installed 7 years about and with it came a warranty regarding any service to be done in the future if needed be. We had the young man from the company come out and he realized that the motor for the furnance had got out on the coldest day of the year. He claimed to not have the part needed for the furnace initially in the shop but upon further searching he found it, along with some pushing and question asking regarding it from us. Finally he found it and everything went smooth from there.
