Review content:
Looking for a new styalist (mine is now out of state) is always a bit of a challenge, but my experience at Salon AKS was among my worst ever. My first clue should have been that there was only one other client in the salon. I should have walked out after the second red flag appeared: no matter how many times I described how I wanted my hair, the styalist persisted in planning a totally different cut. Ultimately I left with hair that looks mediocre at best and embodies none of the qualities that I requested from the styalist. It is possible that there are styalists who do better work at AKS, but given the dated look of the place, the absence of other clients and my unfortunate-looking hair, I will be going elsewhere in the future. Pros: The salon offers a variety of services Cons: Those services may leave you looking worse than when you walked in
