I have had to call Phoenix carpet repair and cleaning to save my carpets 3 times now because of pet damage. My experience had been nothing short of amazing. I was able to make an appointment quickly (next day!), had great customer service and was able to enjoy "like new" carpet again. I also have had my carpet and couches cleaned and once again an excellent experience. My couches and carpet still look great! I would definitely recommend this company and do not plan on using anyone else for my carpet repair and cleaning needs!
