Review content:
Definitely not the same Sun Rige Village as when I moved here. Since the change of ownership/management, the overall look of the grounds has deteriorated. Sure, the apartments got new roofing and the parking lot got repaved, but there's trash all over the place and the grass is dying. Plus, the price for rent is not worth the living experience. The washers/dryers in the laundry rooms suck, and so does the exercise room. The complex used to be very nice, now it's got a ghetto feel to it. The previous management and staff were much friendlier and they even hosted social events for the tenants. New management imposed new rules and fines for "violations" which are ridiculous for the most part. Now, it looks like Wyoming is taking over the apartments. The management/staff who appears to be either family or friends for the most part, all live here. It's nice that they're here for on-site support, but then again they have special privileges in the clubhouse afterhours. You can hear them playi
