By far the worst place to ever live. The HOOD. I had issues with roaches and complained for the 6 months that I was there. I did a professional letter outlining my concerns and according to Georgia law, gave them 30 days to correct the problem, allow me out my lease, or I'll vacate in 30 more days. They offered me a transfer into another roach infested place and I declined. After paying 2 months rent to get out the lease, they decided to add on some addt'l fees after I'd left and only to find out when I attempted to get a place in a new city/state. Never mind the fact that I cleaned the place when I moved out as I've done in every place I've ever resided in. This place is just horrible, dirty, and very unprofessional. My parked car even got hit and no one even so much as even left a note. You get what you pay for.
