Review content:
First of all the service man who did the work was excellent, I have no problems there. But the mess in setting up the appointment was terrible. I set it up via the internet and when i came in the fellow who met had no idea what was going on. the women in the other room said the woman who handled the internet info wasn't in and apparently did not leave out any info. It was a bad start and left me cold on your reservation system-never had that problem before and to me wasn't kind of warm greeting I've had from Jeffs before.
