I was in Thursday night and I am a cosmotology student just going through nails. The nail tech that I received was rude to me and said that my nails were horribly done because I had let my class mate practice on me. She went to remove them and cut and ripped two of my nails to the point of drawing blood (which now shows through my acrylic) and didn't even apologize. I showed her a design that I wanted and she did part of it and did not complete the full design. She didn't take my nails short enough nor did she ask if they were okay. She then turned around and charged me for a 3D design that I didn't ask for! This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with them, but I however gave them another chance. I was super disappointed in her customer service as well as the overpriced service.
