You did fine on the oil change.
But, you charged more for the work than quoted on the phone, with no extra item to account for the difference.
You quoted $24.95 for the complete job on the phone, but nowhere in the bill was that amount reflected, even taking out the hazmat charge (which should be included in the quoted price) and tax.
W/out tax you charged 27.95, not 24.95.
I let it go, but it's irritating.
