I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN GRUMBINE'S RV CENTER AGAIN!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD SOOOOOOO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM FIXING MY RV CORRECTLY. I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER RV DEALER AND GOT THE REPAIRS FIXED THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE. THE LAST BAD EXPIERENCE WAS LAST WEEK WHEN I CALLED TO ORDER A PART & WAS PROMISED I WOULD HAVE IT BY THE END OF THE WEEK. FRIDAY CAME & STILL NO PART. (THE PARTS DEPT IS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE)HERE IT IS TUES OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK & I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED A CALL THAT THE PART IS IN. WELL....... THEY FORGOT TO ORDER IT!!!!!!!!! . NEVER AGAIN .\r
