Let me Explain: \r

I caught this turd lying to me several times. I went there because my truck was leaking power steering fluid like a sieve. Before i went to A & T Automotive I had a ASE Certified Mechanic look at it and he told me the power steering pump was bad. Unfortunately he couldn't get me in to fix it right away and this thing was leaking bad.\r

So to my regret i stumbled on this ripoff place, A & T Automotive while driving down elmhurst road. Boy do i wish now i would have just kept driving. So any way i pull in bob takes a look at it and says ""it's not the power steering pump, it's just one of the power steering hoses that's leaking I asked bob are you sure? bob says ""absolutely 100% Positive! I told bob an ASE Certified Mechanic told me it was a bad power steering pump. bob replied ""sounds like there just trying to take your money""\r

Unfortunately i agree to have A & T Automotive replace the power steering hose. 3 days later I'm still leaking power steering fluid. I bring it back to A & T and bob says there was some air that worked it's way out of the line. He added some more fluid and said it should be fine. Again a few days later it's still leaking. This time bob tells me some of the power steering lines are loose and he will wrap them with teflon tape and tighten them up real good. Again it starts leaking.\r

After spending a conciderable amount of time and money with A & T Automotive bob finally concludes that it must be the power steering pump. bob apologizes and offers to replace my power steering pump at a deep discount $240. The normal price would be around $400 for my truck. Like an idoit i agree to let him do the work. (Big Big Mistake!)\r

To make a long story short, I get the truck back after A & T Automotive supposedly replaced the power steering pump and it's still leaking. Fed-up! I go back to the ASE Certified Mechanic and tell him that A & T Automotive say they replaced the power steering pump. He takes one look at it and says ""they never replaced this pump"" So i call bob at A & T automotive and he's says ""B.S I ordered that pump new from the dealer! I ask bob ""what dealer did you order it from?"" bob say ""Golf Mill Ford"" \r

I drive to Golf Mill Ford and ask the parts manager if there's a way to find out if my Auto Repair Shop ordered a power steering pump for my vehicle recently? The parts manager said ""absolutely what's your Vehicle VIN number?"" I give him the number and he say's "" A & T Automotive never ordered a power steering pump from us"" I call bob and tell him what Golf Mill Ford said and he insist he ordered the part from GMF. So i tell bob I want the receipt. bob says ""I'll have to look for it!"" After 3 days of giving me the run around bob finally has a sudden miraculous epiphany and says ""that's right i forgot i ordered it from a parts store!""\r

This guy is so full of it, it's sickening...... bob and A & T Automotive never replaced my power steering pump. All they did was lie and rip me off. \r

Never have this place work on your car because they just can't be trusted. Bottom Line!!
