Colleen Kirby IS THE BEST LAWYER you can probably get in Maryland I was facing a reckless driving ticket, negligent driving, driving off roadway while passing other vehicle, and driving above posted speed limits, adding up a total of 12 points on my license; After searching for many lawyers Colleen seemed like a good choice and I got a free consultation at her office in the first couple words I knew she was the best choice!! Weeks before the case Colleen made me take a drivers improvement course and obtain my clean past driving record form the MVA. When we got called up for a trial and my officer tried her best to prove me guilty and i thought i was done for however when Colleen spoke to the judge the whole situation was changed and I felt like I was in great hands within 5 minutes Colleen proved to the judge that the officer hadn't paced me right and what I did at the time was to prevent an accident not to be reckless the officer was still stubborn on me getting a ticket so Colleen gave evidence such as pictures of the roadway and used her great knowledge of Traffic Laws to explain to the Judge the situation after hearing both stories the judge smiled and said ""not guilty"" All my tickets were thrown out!!!! this all happened in less than 5 minutes I was so relieved to hear those two words from the judge while i saw the officer storm out of the room in fury. The officer knew she never stood a chance after Colleen's testifying all in all Colleen Kirby helped me avoid a 12 point ticket and throughout all our meetings she mad me confident and at times I would forget that she was a lawyer and more like she was a good friend I've known for years extremely precise and accurate in the court room very professional lawyer ; I would recommend anyone with any charges whatsoever to Contact Colleen because it will probably be the best decision you can make for yourself for a very fair price and if I ever need representation again I will not even THINK of considering anyone but Colleen!!!
