It doesn't seem unreasonable to simply expect good food and good service. I took my friend from out of town to Sushi Tango in Woodbury expecting a nice dinner. Our waitress was incredibly rude and took forever to take our order. She also seemed annoyed by me asking for some hot towls. Right off the bat I knew not to expect much from her. Food was good but we waiting way too long for being one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant. On top of this all, our table of 4 was service charged 18%! I've visited many times with my parents and have never been charged. Maybe because we all happened to be younger looking? I understand it is stated on the menu, but i've waited tables for over 6 years and know that if you're going to add gratuity, at least earn it and be consistent about it! Don't assume all young people are bad tippers! I will not ever return, nor I recommend this place to anyone.
