My fiance', (who is not from the area) called Bradford apartments this a.m. to find out the rental requirements to be accepted at Bradford apartments.\r
She was told NO felonies or NO evictions. REALLY? \r
But then was told, "Well it depends on how long a person has resided at Bradford. If they have lived here for a while, they would allow a (new) husband or (new) roommate, who has had evictions and felonies.\r
Well, to be quite honest, just HOW does this make a difference?\r
Is this fair to those who cannot get accepted who has had prior evictions or felonies??\r
I am definetly NOT interested in renting from anyone who changes the rules according to the people who live there OR who want to live there!\r
I can name a few who live there as of right now, who have had evictions AND felonies!\r
