We are located in Lincoln Nebraska and just purchased a new kitchen sink and found out after we installed it that we actually had a clogged pipe somewhere. I called on a Saturday morning, and they told me that they would be able to be out to look at it and try and fix it between 3-5pm. They actually ended up being able to make it to our house by about 2pm and fixed the problem right away. No overtime costs either! I love that they have free estimates, and don't charge unless they do any work. The plumber told us some things that we could do to try and stop our ""sludge"" buildup problem from happening again, and overall was very helpful and kind. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs!
