Frauds! I had a technician look at my washing machine that would not turn on. He said that all of the electronics needed to be replaced for over $450. I had to pay $75 for that diagnosis. I looked at the machine myself and saw that the plastic power button was not aligned. I adjusted it and the machine worked fine! I asked that they refund the $75 because they misdiagnosed the problem. They refused. Good thing I didn't pay $450 to replace parts that were not needed. It wouldn't have fixed this simple problem. They are fleecing their customers by making them replace parts that are not broken. Frauds!
