Businiess name:  China Chef Restaurant

Review content:
Dim Sum - Chinese finger food - is a special weekend treat at this stylish eatery. The variety, price and taste all rate high marks. If you have never had Dim Sum, here it is in a nutshell. Servers push small steam carts through the restaurant and you, tempted by their description or aroma grab a dish and start eating. The offerings range from vegi-dumplings to every shrimp, pork, beef, crab delight imaginable. At the end of the meal, they add up your bill by counting the dishes on you table. Neat idea... The "regular" menu is good too - they do a great job with chicken and shrimp. Their lunch special offerings are their weakest link - clearly their low price (most dishes under $6) is a limiting factor. It's a pretty room and you can bring the family - I recommend their Dim Sum without hesitation.
