Review content:
We have used this hospital for 8 years for several of our pets. We have mixed experiences and overall I wouldn't recommend them. We have met a few of the doctors and decided to stick with one in particular that we liked. At one time we had 2 dogs that were receiving care there - one of them had lyme disease and the other did not (to our knowledge). We were faithful to tic and flea treatments but we still had tic problems. Eventually the other dog got very very ill and died from complications of lyme that we were not even aware she had. After getting another puppy, we soon learned that there is a vaccine for lyme disease that we were never even offered. When I confronted them about it they claimed that there were 2 vaccines, one of which they never considered effective enough to use anyway and so never even informed people of, and another newer vaccine which, apparently, they also don't inform pet-owners of. This "newer" vaccine was available at the time we brought our new puppy
