Review content:
We bought our car a little over a year ago at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge. We have had our car in the shop a few times since then for oil changes, recall upgrades and one time, this week, for an honest to goodness ""something isn't right with the car."" \r \r I have yet to have a bad experience with anyone there. Everyone is helpful, courteous and knowledgable. \r \r But today I have to offer special recognition and thanks to your crew, especially Aaron Newton. Aaron was very kind, considering it was probably obvious I had had a bad day. He was more than kind. It is my understanding that he is relatively new there. \r \r For a new guy, he sure knows his stuff. He explained the situation with my car with no hitches. I had no questions after he went through the work order. And I was in and out in no time, back in my own sweet car.\r \r And to the rest of the crew, though I don't know your names, YOU GUYS RULE! Thanks for ending a very cruddy day on a super high note for me!\r \r I love you guys!\r Machelle Truby
