I have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Ricciardi. Never before have I had such a complete eye exam, whereas I have experienced wrong fits and hurried exams by other ODs. The problem with the delay in receiving my glasses was of no fault of r. Ricciardi or his office, but due to the insurance company who forces the consumer to have an order placed even though the frames you want are right there (that way they sell more) and take their sweet time in getting them sent, which delays having the lens cut to fit. His office staff has been more than helpful and patient with my numerous calls to see if the glasses had arrived. He is also a very pleasant, informative and engaging man. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a new optometrist.
