Eastern Dental of Union, NJ treats their patients as if they were on an assembly line. They waste your time by scheduling you for a 5 minute consultation with a specialist, but it takes several weeks to make that appointment. Then you have to schedule the actual procedure which will be several weeks or a couple of months after that. Maybe they forget that people have their work schedules and school to attend. Patients do not have six months to schedule a consult, one procedure and then another procedure. I explained to them that my teenage daughter was in pain due to her wisdom teeth and after WASTING my time with a consult , they explained that the next appointment would be several weeks later and she can take either Advil or Tylenol. Do they understand that attending mindless consults instead of just scheduling a specific procedure is JUST A WASTE OF OUR TIME. I came home, called my Health insurance company and changed back to my old dentist. They did not wast my time by scheduling a consult 4 weeks from now and then an appointment two months after that.
