very unprofessional,bad customer service,unreliable....pls..pls..pls don't go for them.Had shipped my complete household stuff from them.First of all they send only one guy for the packing and loading for which they have said they will send 2 guys.First of all One guy for loading sofa and bed was wrong.While loading my new sofa their was big tear then we called his owner Mr.Mushir who is the boss of the cheaters came and said we will repair it fully.\r
2nd thing which he mentioned was the delivery date was comitted wrong they took my stuff from my house on 6th dec and said will deliver by the end of jan.By the end of the jan when my stuff didn't reached we tried to contact him from india as by that time we were moved to india he was not responding my mails not even picking my ph calls after 100 of mails we asked our US frnds to contact him with different numbers but he was giving them different different status to all my friends till the end of feb he not even bothered to respond to my mails neither he picked my ph.Till then we were sleeping with my two little kids on the floor as we had already paid him 2000$ in adv full amount so didn't want to spend further in furniture expecting that we will get all the stuff on time.Still we are waiting for our stuff without knowing that whether we will receive it or no.He is a big cheater pls..pls..don't do the same mistake as we did...beware of them!!
