The service was fine - the contract, not so much. The contract is worded very deceptively as a 36-month contract. The phrase 36-month is repeated no less than four times on page one of the agreement you are asked to sign. BUT - buried in tiny print are the words ""the monitoring rate of $22 will continue for twenty four months at the end of this lease term"". So in actual fact you are signing a FIVE YEAR contract, not a 36 month contract. I can t help but believe that the contract is worded so as to be intentionally deceptive, so regardless of the quality of the service provided, I would not do business with USA Alarm again.\r
