PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TIRE ENGINEER ON GRANT MILLS ROAD BIRMINGHAM AL. THEY BEAT ME OUT OF A THOUSAND AND NINE DOLLARS AND DID NOT FIX MY CAR AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. THE MANAGER DAVID SMITH IS A LIER AND I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND TALK TO JONH RUTLEDGE AND HE ALSO WAS VERY NASTY TO ME AND TOLD ME NOT TO RAISE MY VOICE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T REPAIR MY CAR AND THAT I WAS NOT GETTING A REFUND. I GUESS THEY DID ME LIKE THIS BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN, I SURE IF IT HAD BEEN A MAN THEY WOULDN'T OF DARE DONE THAT. BUT I HAVE LOST A LOT OF MONEY DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AND NOW I CAN'T AFFORD TO GET MY CAR FIXED BECAUSE I SAVED THAT MONEY TO GET TO GET MY CAR FIXED AND NOW I HAVE TO LET IT SIT BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORDTO PUT IT IN THE SHOP AGAIN. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.
