Review content:
Called for a kitchen drain clean out, stuff happems. They wanted over $250 for a job I could do if I had the equipment. Easy access, no need to search for the problem. First they charge to arrive, then they produce the book. Stopped them right there, and asked for their least expensive way to get the job done. But, but, but. Service contract? NO! Stopped them right there, gave them their $39. and asked them to leave, 15 minutes and 2 phone calls to their boss later, they finally left. My suggestion? Don't bother. They won't give extimates over the phone, even general ranges. This was a simple job that should not have cost more than $100. They are trying to separate you from your money. In their favor, both men were polite and clean and they arrived promptly.
