Businiess name:  Lgi Land Fisher Mountain
Review by:  Chris T.
Review content:
Stay away from this development at all costs. If I could give it negative stars, I would. LGI land is the developer for this area - they are based in San Antonio, Texas and have numerous developments throughout the country. I purchased land - along with many other people - in the mountains of western North Carolina called Chocolate Drop. As it turns out, LGI had no idea how to build in mountains (they typically build in flat lands) and the entire side of the mountain eroded and slid off. Seven years, many lawsuits, and tens of thousands of dollars later, I have unusable land and nothing to show for it. LGI refuses to admit any wrong doing, and will not fix or refund the property. Google "LGI chocolate drop mountain NC" and you will see the stories about the lawsuits from not only land owners, but the state and environmental agencies. This is the same company selling these land lots. STAY AWAY!!!
