I called this dealership after seeing one of their postings on autotrader.com to check the validity of the price listed online as it was low. The sales rep could not give me an answer to the price accuracy, but he said that it is available according to his inventory manager.
After the phone call, I immediately went to Hendrick's website and did not see the vehicle, so I chatted online with a representative and she confirmed that it is available but could not give me the price, so she gave me the sales manager's #, I called the dealership again and asked for the manager, and the same sales rep answered the phone and told me that the vehicle is no longer available.
Classic Bait and Switch tactic. It is sad that they have to do this and waste people's time. If it is a misprint, just be honest and admit to the error, but don't ruin Rick Hendrick's reputation.
