I love June's Rydal studio. It is so beautiful with the big windows and trees. I call it my happy place. I started with June back in 2010 with the goal to get back in shape after having a baby. I ended up getting in better shape than I was prepregnancy. I went from a size 8 prepregnancy to a size 4 after doing Pilates with June and her colleagues for over a year. But Pilates has become much more than just a physical exercise - I find it has centered me too and I look forward to the hour long one-on-one sessions. I have taken privates and/or duets with June Hines, June Hudson, Greg, & Annemarie and all are amazing. They all make sure you get the most out of your lesson and customize each class to your needs. If you are looking for a safe, professional Pilates studio that will get you results, I highly recommend June Hines Pilates. You will leave smiling every class.
