I found myself with a really bad gopher problem, so I called Old Reliable Pest Control. Because I had a limited budget, I called several other places before I called Old Reliable. Old Reliable had the best price, so I thought I would give them a try.
They came out and treated the holes for me. Then the gentleman explained that if I continued to have problems and got new holes, anything along those lines, to just give them a call and they'd come back. He said they were happy to continue to treat the problem until it was resolved.
It turned out to be a lot worse than the initial four holes I called them for, as I continued to find new holes. Every time I called Old Reliable it was, "Oh, no problem! We'll be right there!" They came time and time again to treat the problem until it was resolved without charging me beyond the first treatment. I don't think they knew what they were getting into!
I was really impressed with how they went out of their way to resolve the issue for me. It took four or five months to get it resolved, and I've had two months without a sign of anything. Just knowing that all I have to do is give them a call is really nice.
It's not often you get that quality of service anymore, so when I do get it, I really appreciate it. I would definitely call them again if I had a problem! They have outstanding customer service!
