I used to love Leona's but their delivery service has just gotten so bad. I hadn't ordered for a long time, but was yearning for their incredible mozzarella sticks so I gave them another try. They were out of the mozz sticks, but I ordered anyway with the promise it would be taken off the bill. The driver's receipt I was asked to sign still showed the sticks, and when I called they assured me I wasn't going to be charged for them, even while asking me to sign for them! And the driver's tip wasn't on the receipt I signed so I don't know if he ever got it. Then when I opened the bag, the side dish for my veggie burger was missing. They offered to send someone out with it, but I declined since it was so late and asked for a credit instead. They offered me a credit on my next order and I said I didn't think there would be a next order. Haven't seen my credit card bill yet but I'm not holding my breath for that credit.
