It was aweful. on the phone they said $125 for the estimating the repair. Once in the dealer, it became $250! Then, they found the issue with electrical, they said it going to be fixed for $300 including... I left the Toyota of Bellevue with almost $800 bill which they just reset a switch and computer code!!! they had comments on the report that they told me how to fix the floor mat and it's dangerous... totally false. Never mentioned anything about floor mat. I ask them to check the brake pads and they forgot. The guys said, I don't see any notes here so they are good (but our brake make noise and need either replacement or something else)... at the end if you can avoid Toyota in general do avoid. If you can't stay away from Toyota of Bellevue
