SO- their food is pretty good (2.5 or 3 or so) - but we recently had an experience which was SO bad that we'll never go back. What happened is that we had ordered take-out and stopped by the restaurant to pick it up. We should have checked the bag carefully because when we got home we realized that one of our meals was missing. When we called to complain and explained that we didn't want to wait for them to make something and then have to go all of the way back to the restaurant, they said ""not a problem"" - ""the next time you're in, we'll have a credit for your $12.25 under your phone number."" Recently we called in another order and mentioned the credit and the person we spoke with on the phone said, ""OK, yes, here it is"" and then we drove to the restaurant. BUT, when we got to the restaurant, we were told that ""since it was more than 45 days ago, we can't honor the request."" WHAT?? We paid these people $12.25 and never got the food -- and then they can decide that our money ""goes away"" after 45 days?? (to be honest, it was much more than 45 days, but the policy seems bogus nonetheless.) They made several mistakes: first, they didn't give us what we ordered, then, they broke their promise to give us a credit (btw- they NEVER mentioned the 45 days when they told us about the credit), then, they allowed us to order and drive all the way to the restaurant another time thinking that we were ok with the credit, and finally, to add insult to injury, all of the staff that we communicated with were REALLY obnoxious! Help me feel better about the $12.25 they still owe us and either don't patronize this restaurant, OR - if you do go, do us a favor and mention how slimy their action was.
