Within the past 6 months I had both Ulthera and Coolsculpting at Greenwich Medical Spa. I am very pleased with the results . I look like myself, but dramatically better, in a natural and more youthful way. It is also important to me that the procedures were non invasive, with no down time.\r

The entire staff at Greenwich Medical Spa is caring and compassionate. They have a way of making each client feel special . The spa is a relaxing and a soothing environment .\r

Maureen, the aesthetic nurse, was realistic and candid when explaining the procedures during the consultation. She is very experienced and has a medical background, which was very reassuring. She has the vision, skill and knowledge that gave me great results. In addition to having the talent of a sculptor, Maureen was calming , during the very brief moments that I was nervous.\r
