Review content:
For the past two weeks, I was a patient at Kindred hospital. I quickly learned that I was a very special patient. I've always known that my immediate and some distant family members have lots of allergies and now I know that I did not escape this family trait.\r \r Once I allerted the staff of my special needs, they made the necessary adjustments to make my stay comfortable and productive. I have so many allergies, they made arrangements for me to have my own room, informed staff at meetiings about my sensativities and designed a plan of action to meet my medical needs without causing my allergies to be affected.\r \r Ocassionally, my allergies snaked their way around the barriers but were addressed immediately. No one or agency is perfect, but Kindred strived continuosly to meet my needs. The staff; including the contracted organizations, become very involved with their patients by encouraging them to be positive and let them see how much they can accomplish when they try. \r \r I would highly recommend Kindred and their staff as a transitional care hospital.
