Review content:
We have had Atlas Butler out to our home several times over the years for our spring and fall checkups. The service tech is always very professional, and actually invited us to look inside our furnace with the camera he uses to check for cracks. He answered any questions we had and told us about the service club warranty. He never gave us any high-pressure sales pitch. If there was a problem with anything, he told us our options and let US make the decision. Atlas Butler has a good reputation in Columbus Ohio, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. There are a lot of shady heating/cooling companies out there, but this company is definitely not one of them.
