I have been working with these jokers to get my Maytag dishwasher recall done. 1st visit from tech resulted in him telling me that Maytag failed to ship me all of the parts necessary, which he said was a common problem, yet he didn't have any spares with him. Despite our misgivings and questioning, he took the replacement door that we had with him and placed the order for the new part. \r
The new part arrived and we scheduled his second visit. He arrives and asks where the other parts are and we explained to him that he took them with him and that he said he'd bring them back. In scheduling the appointment, we had already mentioned this and were assured that he would have everything with him to complete the repair.\r
We then had to reschedule a third visit, which of course was going to be too late for us to meet. I called to see if I could get any accommodation as it was their fault that I even had to schedule a third visit. The service manager refused to even acknowledge their pr
