I am currently dealing with Capital City Appliance. I am 50 years old I have never had worse customer service than with this company EVER. It has been almost 5 weeks since we had them out to fix our dishwasher and it still isn't fixed. I get error codes and the unit stops working, has water in the bottom of the tub and does not finish the dry cycle. AND this was not even an issue before they came out....we just needed a new motor. Everyone in this organization from the top down is incredibly rude, talk down to the customer and even called my wife a liar. The last call yesterday the tech came out...poured a cup of cooking oil in the bottom of the dishwasher and said that it was fixed. We ran it and the same error codes came up. Spoke with the manager this morning and he said it was a "foaming" problem. I asked him if foam would cause 2 inches of water left in the unit and he said yes....these people could not find their backside with both hands let alone fix an appliance. The story is f
