Review content:
I was at this dealership about a month ago as the light had come on my car indicating that my tires needed are as they had deflated somewhat. I went and got air put in and returned home. A few weeks later the light came back on again. This time my husband took my car as I was out of town, we thought it was just to put air in the tires again as the same light had come on. Anyway long story short the tire had nail through it which was clearly missed on the last visit. Then this had to be done and that had to be done anyway $513 later the car was sorted. To say I was unhappy was an understatement as when I was there for the visit before that I made it know that I had received an email from the manufacturers saying it was time for another one of the services they recommended. I did ask about this when I went in and was told I didn't need it as their is only 31,650 miles on my car and its nearly 5 years old. So I'm now thinking if I had that check done at that time would it have cost me that much. When I returned from being out of town I called to say that I had a coupon for a $100 off if I spent over $200 now I had the coupon not my husband so he couldn't give it in at the time of service. I have often taken coupons with my receipt to stores to get a refund and I have never being refused however BOB I guess the guy in charge so he couldn't do anything about it now. So here is how I will finish up my story. I took my car to be serviced at your dealership I would say 99.9% of the time but now I will be taking it else where. You have lost yourself a loyal customer.
