BEWARE! I scheduled a move and made the situation of my destination very clear. After arriving 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date, I was told I would be compensated accordingly. I was not compensated, in fact I was charged above and beyond the contracted price. On top of being late and over charged, they lost control of the contract after outsourcing the move 3 times over. The driver was outside my house ready to deliver, but was unable to do so based on a contract that I had never seen and had completely different terms from the original contract. Do not listen to a single word they say, record all of your calls and do not believe any promises or estimates. I would rate 0 if possible. If you want to have your belongings change hands between 4-8 companies, have things broken, and receive empty promises then this is the moving team for you!
