Review content:
I have had a terrible experience with Boost Fit Club. I had signed up for a 2 year membership because it was at a cheaper rate. I always worked out in the early morning because it was WAY too busy in the afternoon. Everything was fine until they started informing people that they were moving locations. Something that I had not been informed of before signing a 2 year contract. During the 4 weeks or so that they were moving they offered "alternate" workout locations but did not have childcare and did not offer the same early morning times. There was no offer of discount for that month. The new location was further from my home and opposite direction from my work. The location was no longer convenient and I wished to get out of my contract. Upon doing so, I could never get anyone to call me back. I spoke to Joey and Jon, both were not helpful at all. They knew that the contract was iron clad and offered for me to pay $400+ to get out of my contract. They are not customer service oriented and obviously only care about locking you into an inescapable contract. My wife and I were paying around $67 per month. There is a Golds Gym and a Fitness anytime that offer membership for $15 or less and no contract needed. I implore you to not bother with this gym when there are nice gyms within 5 miles of this location that wont lock you into an inescapable contract.
